Kz8my Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Malaysia Members

1Member Eligibility & Account Registration

The kz8my platform is an online entertainment service intended for adult users. To register and use the kz8my platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception.

Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. kz8my reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until satisfactory proof is provided. We take the protection of minors seriously and will not permit underage individuals to use our platform under any circumstances.

One account per member: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kz8my account. This applies even if you use a different name, email address, phone number, or device. Duplicate accounts that are detected will be suspended, and all balances and winnings will be subject to review before any payouts are approved.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The account name must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Kz8my reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM3,000.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. kz8my is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• Any changes to personal information such as phone number or email address must be notified to kz8my within 7 days.

2Deposits & Payment Methods

Kz8my supports a range of secure and recognised Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. We do not accept payments in foreign currencies.

• Deposits may only be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned.
• Kz8my is not liable for any deposit delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's end.
• Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credits have been applied to your kz8my account.
• Kz8my reserves the right to request proof of deposit in the event of any transaction dispute.

3Withdrawal of Winnings

Kz8my is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Processing times depend on the member's VIP level and the chosen withdrawal method.

General withdrawal conditions: Members must have completed the basic identity verification process (KYC) before their first withdrawal can be approved. For withdrawals exceeding RM3,000 per day, additional supporting documents may be required.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal for standard members: RM10,000. VIP members have higher limits depending on their tier.
• Funds originating solely from deposits with no betting activity are subject to review before withdrawals are approved, to prevent the platform from being used for illicit currency conversion.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — unless otherwise agreed in writing by kz8my.
• Kz8my reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for security review purposes if any unusual account activity is detected.

4Bonus & Promotions Terms

Kz8my offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

General wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses at kz8my is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount received. For example, a RM50 bonus requires net wagering of RM1,000 before any related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim this bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered fraudulent.
• Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count towards the wagering requirements for sports bonuses.
• For casino bonuses, any games excluded from wagering requirement calculations will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Unused bonuses will expire 30 days from the date they are credited to your account.
• Kz8my reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including betting in patterns that are clearly intended to fulfil requirements without genuine risk.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.

5Betting & Casino Game Rules

All Sports Betting and casino game wagers on kz8my are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game in addition to these general terms. More detailed game rules are available in the help section for each game type.

For Sports Betting — covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), cricket (IPL, T20), badminton, e-sports, and more — confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless kz8my itself voids the relevant market due to technical reasons or exceptional circumstances.

• Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds may be voided by kz8my. You will be notified and your balance will be fully refunded.
• For live betting, the outcome is determined by the game state displayed on the kz8my platform at the time the bet is accepted, and that result is final.
• If a match is postponed or delayed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• For Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer are final. Any technical disputes must be reported within 24 hours.
• Bets placed through the exploitation of software bugs or unreported system vulnerabilities will be deemed void.

Kz8my reserves the right to limit bet amounts or decline any bet from any member without providing a reason. This is standard industry practice to manage risk and ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform for all members.

6Responsible Gaming

Kz8my believes that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and not become a burden on your life. We are committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and to encouraging healthy playing habits among all our members.

We provide the following self-control tools to all kz8my members, free of charge:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — set a cap on how much you can deposit within a given period. This limit takes effect immediately.
• Session time limit — limit how long you play in a single session to prevent habitual addiction.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — block access to your account for a period of 1 day to 6 months. This can be extended but cannot be shortened.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop altogether. kz8my will not send any promotional material to individuals who have opted for permanent self-exclusion.

8Account Suspension & Termination

• Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Use of automated software (bots) or any unauthorised technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Activities related to money laundering or financing illegal operations.
• Disruptive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kz8my staff or other members.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If termination is at your own request with no breach involved, your account balance will be returned upon completion of the necessary review within 7 business days.

Members whose accounts have been terminated due to fraud will not be permitted to re-register on the kz8my platform in the future.

9Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Kz8my reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the kz8my platform after any amendments to the Terms & Conditions take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to your use of this platform.

If you do not agree with any amendments made, you must stop using the kz8my platform and contact us to close your account before the new terms take effect.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the use of the kz8my platform are governed by the applicable laws under our operating licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will first be referred to good-faith discussion between both parties.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration process agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration decision is final and binding.
